A TV producer and a financial deal maker were walking down a street in Manhattan, both now happily immersed in the real estate industry. They passed a residential building under construction, but almost completed.  

One said “That development needs some more pizzazz.”  The other said “It also needs to offer better value.” They looked at each other.  “Our clients deserve the best!”  And so, the Baker Dellinger Team was born.
